LA London's Annual ‘Back to School’ Summer Party: Celebration and Anticipation
Traditionally marking a return to routine after the long summer holiday, the first week of September sees movers and shakers in the London prime property industry gathering to celebrate the start of a new season at LA London’s annual summer party.
This year, the party was held on 4th September, welcoming over 150 prominent guests from across the industry to the firm’s beautiful rooftop garden in SE1. Guests included LA London clients, collaborators and peers from the worlds of architecture, interior design, construction and real estate.
““We are so proud that our summer party has become a highlight in the diary for London’s prime property community – a chance to bring together the incredible people shaping the sector in an informal but focused setting and to celebrate the strength and creativity of London’s prime property industry.””
We had even more reason to celebrate this year after a particularly busy period of activity and growth. As well as their recent work transforming a beautiful family villa in Little Venice, the party coincides with the completion of a substantial renovation at the Menier Chocolate Factory building, just across the road from the LA London office.
Our team renovated both the interior and exterior of the grand, Victorian Grade-II listed building, which was once a British outpost of French confectioner Menier and is now home to an award-winning theatre.
In addition to these project milestones, 2025 saw partner James Hall celebrate 10 years with the practice, having joined as an Architectural Assistant in 2015.
Partners, Andrew Paulson and Kathryn Archer, commented:
“We are so proud that our summer party has become a highlight in the diary for London’s prime property community – a chance to bring together the incredible people shaping the sector in an informal but focused setting and to celebrate the strength and creativity of London’s prime property industry.”
Winners again! Lucas and Acland celebrate.
The event also saw the return of our ever-popular annual Table Football Competition, which was incredibly won for the THIRD year in a row by Lucas Kaempfer and Acland Geddes!!! (Does this mean they get to keep the trophy…?! 🤔).
With guests enjoying delicious canapés and champagne as they shared new plans and ideas for the coming season, the LA London summer party was, as ever, a warm and uplifting way to mark the industry’s return from the break and the many exciting projects to come.
